Not Worth It
Former Tenant
Pros:
it was close to enough things for the gays
Cons:

Full of Shit
Former Tenant
Pros:
This place fkin sucks. The landlord is a slumlord. We’ve had a rat infestation, cockroach bonanza, and I’m pretty sure someone died in our building. My roommate and I were ~almost~ attacked by randos that either lived in the building or were homeless? You would think that we would feel safe in our home but the answer is a hard no. The water pressure is alright. The stairs are pretty terrible. And they have illegal AirBnBs for Time Square tourists on the 3rd floor. There’s some weird garbage janitor person and ex con paying his civil duty outside every morning at 9 am sharp. Pay more to get outta dis place
Cons:
DONT LIVE HERE
Advice to owner:
pls listen to your tenants or at least do the bare minimum and make it so that the residence is actually habitable. Thx

Unresponsive &
Former Tenant
Pros:
That it is is midtown.
Cons:
The people (that arent residents of the building) shooting up heroin in the basement. The steady flow of Airbnb guests to the 3rd floor apartments. The hookers and their drugged up clients. The mold growing in my apartment. The illegal renovations. The drug dealers. The constantly broken front door. Being told that of course my mail will get stolen - it’s nyc after all.
Advice to owner:
What goes around, comes around and picks up speed.
