201’s Drama House
Former Tenant
Pros:
The people are nice except the lady in 1A. She argues with everyone.
Cons:
The super rent his apartment out to make money, doesn’t repair issues in a timely manner and property owner knows.
Advice to owner:
Take better care of your tenants especially the elderly.

Worst apartment I’ve ever had
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is great. Exposed brick was nice.
Cons:
Awful, unresponsive, dismissive, misogynistic landlord. Had to break my lease due to a roach infestation that the exterminator said was the worst he’d ever seen. Dealt with leaks by painting over them. Did not fix a completely broken window (as in the window was smashed and glass everywhere) for four months, into the cold winter months.
Advice to owner:
Sell all your buildings and never be a landlord again.

Ten years and counting
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is great for parks and public transportation. Also parking isn’t that difficult.
Cons:
The lack of response from the landlords is poor and the neighbors leave trash all over the building. People smoke in the hallways too and leave their butts everywhere.
Advice to owner:
Please put up no smoking signs.
