far from what Esplanade used to be

Pros:
The rooms are large. you get a living space, dining room and full kitchen
Cons:
maintenance is unreachable most times. the water is cut off often and if you do have water, hot water can be rare. it feels like everything is falling apart even though they have been updating things. the management staff can be disrespectful and dont make tenants feel heard
Advice to owner:
stop worrying about making things pretty, and make it functional
