Decent Units, No Pests. Slow Repairs. Package Thieves. Drug Dealers.

Pros:
The unit is nice and recently renovated. Heat and insulation are good. Generally quiet building. No pests. Garbage handling is very diligent.
Cons:
Management company is very slow and difficult to get in touch wih. Front door buzzer is often broken. Packages stolen on multiple occasions. (Alleged) drug dealers reside in building and let their customers in. Dogs pee in foyer.
Advice to owner:
Get on top of things, please. Previous management company was. better.

Crazy Neighbors and Roof Leaks

Pros:
It’s cheap and a decently renovated unit.
Cons:
The roof began leaking and I had severe water damage. Floor tiles were broken. There were constant bugs (bees, wasps, etc) inside the apartment. The woman downstairs from me constantly called 311 claiming I was making noise when I wasn’t even home or when I was sleeping.
Advice to owner:
Maintain your building.
