Building is ok, property managers not ok.

Pros:
Location, washer/dryer in unit, remodeled apartment, friendly tenants
Cons:
maintenance & property management completely unresponsive, very noisy building
Advice to owner:
Respond to- and fix repair requests, remove repair request section of website if no one is going to respond to submitted requests.
