    Pros:
    I grew up in this building a majority of my life. The porter has always kept it clean and I have never had a package stolen.
    Cons:
    Neighbors can be nosy at times and the heat in the apartments is hard to control, it can get very hot with no solution to the issue.
    Advice to owner:
    Renovate radiators
