Sleepy but nice
Former Tenant
Pros:
-The doormen where fantastic and always super friendly. We never had a package go missing and they were always saying hi -Neighborhood felt extremely safe -Building was well maintained and well built -Never heard a peep from neighbors
Cons:
-Battery Park City felt a bit disconnected and didn’t have any good food or entertainment nearby -Our window faced the west side highway which could be a bit noisy, especially at night -Apartments are a bit small for the price

Apartment is older and dated, no in unit washer dryer, no garbage disposal, no fan in bath, apartment and building stuck in 80s time warp, high rent (though this may have moderated in the past 6 months), no view on 8th floor

Love Living Here
Former Tenant
Pros:
The doormen and porters are amazing. The super is so responsive—anytime I had an issue it was addressed immediately. The walls are thick—rarely hear my neighbors.
Cons:
Building only allows dogs under 25 pounds.
Advice to owner:
Would love to see a more flexible dog size policy.
