    Location. That’s all.
    Cons:
    We had a roach infestation and very little was done to support. The landlord let the new tenant move in before our lease ended while we still had some belongings in the apartment. Our patio was broken into by a drunk neighbor trying to get into the apartment they were locked out of- no support or action was taken.
    Advice to owner:
    Um. Do better?
