Location has pros and cons
Pros
Great location in terms of access to subways (14 st station), nice interior, relatively good heating and cooling, super is nice
Cons
Often loud outside / issues with people loitering on doorstep, Foreign Exotic store across the street smells, walls are super thin, management company is not the most responsive, no recycling, couriers sometimes ring every unit's bell to get in bc they don't have keys to the front door. Mail may get stolen.
Advice to the owners
Please clean the hallways more often
