Decent option in Hell's Kitchen

Pros:
The unit is small and lacks a living room, but location is wonderful and we haven't had problems with pests (just the odd roach), so we've been happy.
Cons:
The building's cleanliness could be improved, and the lobby and stairs are dusty and the walls are crumbling up the staircase.

Cons:
Mice, cockroaches, asshole/entitled super that refuses to do his job, loud radiators… the list goes on and on. Please don’t live here unless you’re desperate. The building has tons of violations and you will hate your life living here
