Overall quite pleased. Staff is great, maintenance quick to act
Cons:
pricy, walk to the closest subway

Easy Summer Living

Pros:
Very clean with nice amenities. Door man and elevator with fitness center and laundry room.
Cons:
Laundry was expensive and there was a fee for the fitness center per month. Not too close to many social areas and subway access was relatively far.
