Would Stay Here Forever

Pros:

-Elevator Building
-Easy to Use Portal for Maintenance and Rent
-Great Surrounding Community (Stuytown basically has its own park)
-No roaches, only seen a couple small bugs and have lived here for 4 years
-Spacious rooms
-Dishwasher
-Laundry in Building
-Can easily call to follow-up on maintenance requests
-Rent Stabilized
-Large closets

Cons:

-Sometimes you have to follow-up on maintenance requests a few times (esp if submitted on the portal)
-no closets in the two smaller bedrooms (definitely none in flex bedrooms)
