great place to live unless your unit faces FDR

Pros

Pretty well maintained, laundry & trash rooms were mostly clean. I saw some roaches here and there late at night at the basement, but never inside my unit. Management was also responsive to any requests we had and we got our security deposit with back no problem.

Cons

My bedroom was facing FDR and the noises of cars zipping past goes on loudly 24/7 throughout the entire night. Walls and windows were not very sound-proof. View of the river was beautiful though.
