Everything youd want, just a bit expensive

Pros:
Stuytown services always took care of any problems in a timely manner, maintenance requests went through their online portal and we never had any pest problems, neighbor problems, utility problems for the 3 years while we were there.
Cons:
A bit expensive but good for any student in the lower manhattan area
