Clean and convenient, but overpriced
Former Tenant
Pros:
Have not had any issues with roaches etc. and maintenance problems are addressed pretty quickly.
Cons:
The rent has increased to a point where it’s no longer justifiable for what you get

Terrible, predatory management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good value for location Big bedrooms
Cons:
PAPER THIN WALLS. If you can’t deal with noise, don’t live here. Management has predatory billing practices. They switched their billing system during our lease, which resulted in us unknowingly underpaying by about $20 a month (on a $5k a month apartment, split 3 ways). They then charged us a $50 late fee for each month, but never notified us at all that we were underpaying (which only happened because they changed their payment portal, and the portal did not update our rent amount correctly). At the end of our lease they snuck in a cool “you actually owe us hundreds of dollars”, and it became very clear that they had intentionally declined to notify us so that they could charge us the late fee. Horrific.

Great community but bad neighbors
Former Tenant
Pros:
Well kept, quick repairs, great location
Cons:
Very bad response and discipline for inconsiderate neighbors. Called for help with public safety to ask neighbor to turn down music that was blasted every night between 12Am to 6Am. Issue was never resolved and sometimes officers belittled the issue.
Advice to owner:
There should be repercussions towards tenants who violate noise levels constantly.
