A great place to live!

Pros

Maintenance was pretty responsive, neighbors were nice, and felt that it was decently priced

Cons

Super thin walls, building wasn’t the cleanest, and most annoyingly, the trash chutes are way too small

Great Location and Well-maintained building.

Pros

The location is perfect near several bus lines and the L train. The neighbors are friendly and the entry level and elevators are well maintained.

Cons

The only minor cons are the water heat, which mostly is hot but sometimes randomly won’t heat up. Smoking is also not prohibited in apartments so the neighbors smoke smell may get in your apartment. Additionally, if maintenance must happen in your apartment, sometimes they aren’t reliable/ easy to get a hold of.
