    decent apartment, but thin walls

    this building is the one they show tours in so generally pretty nice
    outdoor park space and community
    Cons:
    elevator out of commission for multiple weeks on end
    paper thin walls, can hear upstairs neighbors very easily

    the building is warm, maybe too warm but you have AC. the apartments are well fitted and stylish and things are pretty well kept.
    Cons:
    they take a long time to respond to routine maintenance but are fast when its urgent.
