Pros:
Management was actually pretty responsive. No rats, just mice!
Cons:
This building is cursed. We dealt with insane garbage management issues, package theft, mice, cockroaches, heat not working, bad radiators that leaked and made a ton of noise, hot water turning off. Had to end lease early. Keep in mind that your unit may be rent stabilized but rented at market price -- check with the city for rental history documents.
