Doorman were lovely, place always smelled great, everything was clean, maintenance was on time

Far from everything, place got too expensive

I liked my experience here. Pretty quiet and well-maintained building with good amenities (roof deck and gym are great).
Cons:
Only thing I didn't really love was the location. Neighborhood isn't the best and it's not super close to the subway.
