    Pros:
    Large apartments for cheap but be prepared for problems
    Cons:
    HORRIBLE PEST PROBLEMS! There are roaches and bugs of all kinds running around in the hallways and they could not get rid of them, they kept coming in to the apartment. They are everywhere. Maintenance staff were lovely and tried to fix it but seems like a building issue. Water got shut off for the whole day once a week or so. Trash sits in the trash rooms on every floor because the chute is broken and they only pick it up once a day.
