    Nice for the time being

    Pros:
    I appreciated the perks including laundry in building, the gym, utilities included, cost of units and the size
    Cons:
    Gym is not kept clean enough at all, sometimes hard to get in touch with management for maintenance requests, and personally too far of a commute for my work
    Advice to owner:
    Hire someone to consistently clean the gym and other common spaces

    Bed bugs
    Unsafe (people getting detained and arrested in the lobby, craxkheads in the mail room, homeless people in the staircases)
