Pros:
Rent stabilized, nicely remodeled and spacious units, laundry on site.
Cons:
Slum lords. Rodents. Repeated leaks and maintenance issues. My bathroom ceiling caved in during my second year in the unit.
Advice to owner:
I would not recommend this building to anyone.
