Great Location, Mediocre Management w/ Shady Price Increases

Pros:
Location, building is in decent shape. Recent renobations have been nice.
Cons:
cutthroat rent increases, tenants are moving in and out all the time. Our rent has gone up 60% in last two years. Awful.
Massive construction for last five years. Now men are working on fascade indefinitely and roof has been closed indefinitely since last year.
Advice to owner:
Retain tenants instead of this revolving door. It's a shame, as it uproots folks.

Pros:
- Location - THE FRONT DESK DOOR MAN + STAFF in general. make my day. - The view - The location - The apartment size + renovations - The building is just great
Cons:
- Construction noise right now and no laundry machine. But I would live here forever anyways.
