    Good experience, minor issues

    Pros:
    Management is reliable and building is overall well taken care of. Super is responsive and very helpful. No pest or utility issues. Repairs generally fixed quickly.
    Cons:
    Neighbors tend to be young, especially in summertime. Not surprising for the neighborhood but the building didn’t seem to care even during very loud parties. Building is well maintained but could use some aesthetic maintenance- new carpets, paint, etc.

    Awesome location in the hear of east village. Spacious rooms and balcony is a plus
    Cons:
    Very loud above 2 bars, very young crowd if you are late 20s could feel like a college dorm.

    Responsive live in super, nice size apartments, fair prices, stunning rooftop views, dog friendly
    Cons:
    Shortage of washer and dryers for the amount of people in the building, Very noisy if you are on a street facing apartment, outdated appliances

    Pros:
    Frankie, the super, is really great and takes care of everything pretty quickly.
    Cons:
    The rental process was kind of nightmarish, the people at Bettina were not very pleasant to deal with.
    Advice to owner:
    The roof space could definitely be utilized better!

    Loved living here for 18 mo. The super is always reachable and helpful. Roof and package lockers in the lobby are great amenities

    Laundry room could use a renovation and overall old appliances in the kitchen + intercom system

    Rooftop, elevator, laundry in building, super was very helpful always
    Cons:
    The management company for the building Bettina equities is an absolute nightmare. They make you go through a crazy tedious approval process that is unheard of , if 1 roommate moved out and you need to change name on the lease , even if you yourself has already lived there you have to go through the process again. Loud because it’s near fire station Older building

    Change management companies, update appliances and kitchen a bit

    - 2 elevators. I’ve never had to wait for one - Secure package lockers - laundry in basement - hallways, lobby and basement are kept clean - the live in super is amazing and very responsive - nice and respectful neighbors - good size apartments with closets - prime east village / Bowery location
    Cons:
    Some appliances are older and could be replaced (I.e. stove)

    Keep doing what you’re doing
