    Front desk staff are great, apartments are spacious and (at least in top 3/4 of floors) quite bright.
    Cons:
    Expensive for what you get considering several amenities require additional membership fee

    - Doormen were excellent
    - Amenities were great and fairly priced (Gym was $35/month)
    - Apartment was always well taken care of and all public spaces were very clean and tidy
    - Building Maintenance was easy to contact and would typically address requests within 48 hours (depending on the ask)
    Cons:
    - Rent felt a little high for the area, definitely prices a good portion of people out
