Good building, not tribeca

Pros:
Great doormen staff. Generally clean living quarters and common areas
Cons:
The super is an oddball and very entitled.
Brookfield recently acquired building and substantial capex being done. Results will likely be decent but in meantime there is a lot of noise and construction. Resultingly, prices will increase and will certainly not reflect fair market rent for the micro-market.

Very central location, renovated floors are nice , doormen are very sweet
Cons:
Bugs occasionally and takes a long time for anything to get done

Don’t overpay
