Excellent doorman / concierge. Low noise level. No issues with pest or otherwise

Great building, busy area

Pros:
Great friendly staff and well-managed building. Building is very convenient to bars/restaurants/subways and easy access to cute neighborhoods like Soho, Noho, Nolita.
Cons:
Loud/young neighborhood with a number of homeless people nearby. Given this, not a great place for young families
