Very professional management. Any maintenance complaint gets handled the same day.

Pros:

I have lived in this apartment for more than four years. The management was okay before the last management change in 2023, but it has improved since then. The leasing office and management are very responsive. They sometimes organize events like yoga, grab and go, and pet competitions to build the community. Their maintenance is also awesome, and usually, your business gets taken care of on the same day.

Cons:

You have to pay for all the amenities. It can be noisy even if you are on the high floors. The washer and dryer are shared on the 3rd floor. It is decently clean most of the time, but sometimes it gets dirty and you have to wait for use.
