    Good Building and Great Staff

    Pros:
    I’ve been living here for 8 months now and it’s been a great experience. The apartment itself is very nice, quiet, thick walls, and the staff is phenomenal. Everything is kept clean, trash rooms are emptied frequently, and mail/packages are always kept safe and delivered on time.
    Cons:
    The built in AC/Heating units are a bit poor performing and expensive to run. I’ve been getting $250+ power bills all summer. Besides that, sometimes the elevators take a while but other than that the apartment is great.

    Nice, but a bit expensive, building

    Pros:
    - Building has a nice gym and amazing pickleball court that I often use
    - Rooftop is great
    - Apartments are spacious and maintenance quickly responds to requests
    - Best water pressure I have ever felt in my life (no lie)
    Cons:
    - Some of the doormen are standoffish, but some are fantastic
    - Rooftop is closed for 6 months out of the year, while some buildings keep them open even in winter.
