what can I say
Former Tenant
Pros:
The Building is conveniently located in the of Chelsea, Flatiron, and NOMAD, also having access to the F,M,R,W trains or just a short walk to Herald Sq.
Cons:
What I don't like about the building is the possibility of privacy issues when it comes to to the tenants in the affordable housing units. A better way to put it " Lack of Privacy"
Advice to owner:
In this world there's no such thing as privacy as I've learned thru out life. Every tenant is entitled to some level of privacy regardless of income status mental health disability
