    Such a great building!

    Awesome management, very responsive maintenance, super quiet, tons of light
    Cons:
    Has become quite pricey over the years. Had a brief bout of small roaches during renovations, but other than that very pest free

    Good building for Columbia students when I lived there 2019
    Cons:
    Sometimes there are homeless people on the walk from Amsterdam to the building entrance
