Nice apt overall
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet area, great amenities including nice gym, maintenance is usually very prompt.
Cons:
seems like rent increases quite a bit after your first lease is up for renewal

A truly wonderful place to call home
Former Tenant
Pros:
This building is always clean, the staff is always friendly, repairs are made as quickly as possible, and they get people involved with special events. The amenities are flawless and the courtyard in immaculate. Paying rent sucks - but they do actually provide a great life for the price day to day. The area is quiet and has everything you could ever need the proximity to parks is unbeatable. My apartment was also always silent.
Cons:
It’s far from the subway, I never knew my neighbors beyond some pleasantries. Living with rich people can be a nightmare of coldness and entitlement. None of that is the buildings fault. The gym fee is silly but the pet fee is outrageously and honestly gauche.
Advice to owner:
Lower your prices to accommodate people who might want to grow within the building to a larger unit.

Overall Good Experience with just a few wrinkles
Former Tenant
Pros:
Relatively new building, washer/dryer in unit. Courtyard is lovely. Management very responsive to noise complaints. Maintenance team is super helpful!
Cons:
Really thin and non-noise absorbing walls and floors for such a new building. Too easy to hear what’s going on in the units next to me and often sounds like a stampede in my upstairs neighbor’s apartment. Annoying person who parks his rundown van on the street and does sawing, hammering and other odd jobs out of it at all hours of the day disrupting the entire neighborhood. Numerous complaints to building management and police and he still continues to be a hazard. Building employees save parking spot for this person so he always manages to find a place to work. If you wfh, you will be constantly disturbed by him. And yes, I fully realize management cannot control who parks outside but they can address the issue of their workers enabling this nuisance.
Advice to owner:
Ask your building employees to stop enabling this public nuisance handyman
