Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews of 431 W 37 St, Manhattan praise the building for cleanliness, responsive staff, and convenient amenities like an in-house grocery store. However, concerns exist regarding high fees, AC issues, and noise disturbances from neighbors. The location's proximity to Port Authority raised safety apprehensions for some tenants. Overall, while the management and maintenance are appreciated, improvements in fee transparency and noise insulation are suggested to enhance the living experience. Despite some drawbacks, the majority approve of the owner and recommend the building for its efficient maintenance and prime location in Hudson Yards.
