I LOVE THIS BUILDING

Pros

This is the best building I've ever lived in NYC (I've lived here for 15+ years). The doorman/porters are amazingly friendly. The building has a great location with a CVS next to it and a Whole Foods/food universe nearby. It is always clean and I feel extremely safe in the building. They also NEVER jack up the rent to make you move out. The tenants live in the building for life. The doorman told me most of them have been there for 15+ years. They treat their workers well.

Cons

We had to move out as we needed more space for our growing family. Otherwise, I would have stayed there forever.
