    Cons:
    Loud, messy neighbors. Gym closed

    The building is in a Nice area. There was a gym before the pandemic. They have not reopened it.

    Supermarket conveniently located below
    Cons:
    Bad management. Frequently changing and nobody is accountable for lack of care and safety.
    Unsafe. Only Building with no security or concierge in the area.
