Clean, responsive and night management, very pet friendly.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Best management. Good noise cancellations with the double lined windows, clean and spacious
Cons:
Pretty windy since it’s by the Hudson River, more of a location issue than the building

lived there for 3 years!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great management people. Super, doorman, all are super nice. It is also a rent stabilized building, so you can expect less rent increase. They throw so many awesome events thruout the year.
Cons:
It is expensive. However really great experience, especially now that everything in Waterline Square is opened up.
Advice to owner:
Great job you guys! Keep the events going.

Clean, responsive staff
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amenities are well kept. Doorman and package-room personal are friendly. Never had a utilities issue!
Cons:
Pricy. Although windows are great for noise reduction you’d still hear ambulance sirens.

Luxury, clean, quiet, and next the hudson
Former Tenant
Pros:
next to a very nice portion of the hudson river walk with icafe only 10 blocks down. the building staff is very friendly. the events thrown by the building are fun and not too expensive. the amenities are well maintained. there is a morton williams literally 200 feet away for any groceries. there is a dog daycare in the building and dog run to use !!
Cons:
the neighbor is pretty remote. not many restaurants or bars near by. the closest “strip” is about 2 to 3 avenues away. there are hills to climb in order to get towards the middle of manhattan. the terrace bbq equipment is falling apart. the terrace can get very busy and packed.
