Ok with some issues

Pros

Overall ok, unit is reasonably nice. Good mix of neighbors. Good area

Cons

Pests in the building but rarely seen in unit. Management can be slow at responding to issues. Noise transfers between units and street noise also travels into apartments so unfortunately overall can be kind of loud. Elevators constantly broken/slow

It’s fine, but I wouldn’t call it a doorman building

Pros

(Typically) someone at the front desk 24/7, package room (in theory)

Cons

Difficult to get in touch with management, generally not the cleanest, the front desk personnel don’t really “guard” the lobby (meaning anyone can walk in), the gym isn’t free (and is in the basement), the package room closed randomly - and wasn’t 24/7 prior
