Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenants praise the efficient management and friendly staff at 50 East 28 Street. Amenities like a gym and prompt maintenance requests are highlighted. The neighborhood's safety decline is a concern for some, not attributable to the building itself. Despite the building's positives, occasional staff behavior issues and rent increases have been observed. Improvements suggested include better concierge service and resident retention strategies. Overall, while some aspects need attention, the building's well-maintained facilities and responsive management make it a desirable choice for those seeking convenience in a modern living space.

Pros:
Well-run. Friendly staff. Extremely convenient. Everything works well.
Cons:
Only drawback is the cost. My apartment is somewhat dark due to facing the interior courtyard.
