Renters approve of the building's owners
Super is nice and keeps the building very clean. The gym and rooftop are usually empty.
Management can be difficult to work with. 2/3 cardio machines in the gym were out of order for over a year. Now there are two new machines, which is great. Construction of the condos next door has been a pain in the mornings. A few times, they have started before 8:30 am. Some neighbors don't break down their boxes; it's rude.
