WORST building in NYC!!!

Nothing. Awful place
Cons:
EVERYTHING!! Primarily the AWFUL property manager Dana McFarlane. She is a BULLY and harasses multiple tenants and unit owners.
Advice to owner:
Fire the property manager Dana McFarlane. She’s damaging the building’s reputation.

nice units, nice amenities, nice doormen
Cons:
outdoor space is nice in theory but so loud being under the manhattan bridge, the management company doesn't do anything do anything if you email them any concerns
