Appliances are all broken, infested with roaches and flies, it’s all smoke and mirrors until u move in. U file a maintenance request and they never follow ip or help. AVOID!!!!

I’ve lived in the building for 5 years! The doormen are amazing and in general management is pretty responsive.

Cons

Overall no issues - I just had a really loud neighbor at the end who I have to complain about 3+ times. The walls are SO thick, I haven’t heard a peep from others in the last 4.5 years, but this guy is literally having a rave.

Advice to the owners

All good! Just maybe ban on the floor speakers as I’m pretty sure that’s what my neighbor is blasting all the time.

How is security maintained since the building is attached to a hotel? Can hotel guests freely enter the building from the shared roof?

The hotel and the apartments have different entrances and elevators. Generally the hotel guests were never able to enter the apartment elevator from the roof. There is a shared stairwell, but the doors to the individual floors were typically locked from inside the the stair, so that it could only be taken all the way down to street level in an emergency.
