unresponsive management and loud

it's relatively cheap
Cons:
most of the management office took a one month vacation at some point. it's right above the tunnel and as loud as you'd expect

mgmt is super responsive and tickets are answered in a day. all amenities and nice doormen
Cons:
roaches on roof, same recurring issues like broken elevators
