Things are going downhill…

Pros

Doormen are generally pleasant & helpful. Relatively convenient area; major subways are no more than a 10 min walk away.

Cons

Roaches have been an issue lately due to a lack of extermination. Management WILL NOT respond to your emails or maintenance requests… there’s currently no way to track requests or packages at all. The porter is nice & tries his best, but the super is too busy (despite him living in the building) to care… even if you have heat issues. Yes. Heat issues in a 4k a month apartment. The building is also not clean in common areas.

Advice to the owners

Communicate & actually do your job! Stop blaming us for everything… but also take accountability & complaints seriously.
