Home sweet home

Pros:
It’s a non smoking facility. Has laundry room, package and bike room to store bike, and lastly rooftop patio.
Cons:
Packages get stolen too easily.
Advice to owner:
Keep up the great work !!!

Good apartments but Problematic neighbors

Pros:
Apartments are nice and large with lots of light. Building management is responsive but rarely helpful
Cons:
Many residents here make the apartment complex not greet to live in. There are noisy neighbors who scream in the hallways and the community housing right next door has tenants who litter the streets and don’t pick up after their dogs, making the sidewalks extremely dirty. Package thefts have been happening for over a year, and nothing has been done.

Pros:
Location is nice and the maintenance guys are really responsive.
Cons:
Dangerous neighbors, packages and property constantly getting stolen by tenants in the building. Management does absolutely nothing. The rent is very expensive, if you’re going to pay this much then live in a nicer building with a door man. Definitely not worth it.
Advice to owner:
Stop sending blast email notices and actually take action.

Unsafe building, unkept, horrible neighbors

Pros:
Location, friendly super
Cons:
Cheap walls, you hear absolutely everything your neighbors are doing. People are very inconsiderate in the building, bikes and packages constantly getting stolen.
Advice to owner:
Hire a door man!!!

Love living here

Pros:
It’s got just about everything and it’s always super clean. The super and porter are very nice and helpful. Building maintenance is also quick to respond to emails and get things fixed. Neighbors are lovely.
Cons:
The package room is a nightmare. It’s always a mess with so many packages in no order, making it nearly impossible to find your packages. There’s also no notification for when you receive packages. Packages are constantly bing stolen and management refuses to do anything about it. Roach infestation in the basement. It started in the trash room last year and they never took care of it. They just want people to let the exterminator in their units but not solving the main cause of the roaches which is the cleanliness of the trash room.
Advice to owner:
Do something about the theft and roach problems. Open the rooftop earlier than 10am and Allow bbq up there.

Nice gem that needs work

The views are the best from the aprtm and the roof
Cons:
Laundry rooms and the roof gardening needs a better cleaning & maintenance
Advice to owner:
A better upkeep of a property would be lovely
