    Clean and modern

    Pros:
    Building is very nice, the bathrooms and kitchens all have nice finishes and the amenities are pretty nice. The doormen are all great.
    Cons:
    Water pressure is super strong, and can be hard to get warm water in the bathroom sinks if I’m being nit picky.
