Land Lords Kept our deposit
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good staff when they stay longer than a few months.
Cons:
Bad Management. Apartment windows badly installed and constantly leak.
Advice to owner:
Pay your staff more and don’t keep tenants deposits.

Review for 47A
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s a decent apartment to live in if you’re willing to pay 12k+ in rent per month :)
Cons:
Landlord actually is not fit to be a landlord. He decided to hire this one person management company but she can be extremely passive aggressive her name is Gabby. If she doesn’t like you because you offended her, she will never respond to any of your questions or inquiries.
Advice to owner:
He should find a better management company. I have nothing good to say about the owner
