    Absolutely tiny apartments - would avoid especially if living with roommates

    Pros:
    Great location in the center of Nolita
    Cons:
    Paper thin walls - tiny bedrooms - barely any natural light - no central air
    Advice to owner:
    Make sure bedrooms have windows and AC is available to the whole apartment
