The insulation of building is non existent. Since heat cant be contained the heater units always have to be on which means the price of Con Ed easily reaches over $700.
Management are disrespectful and do not care about tenants.
It will take them over a week to fix an issue in the apartment.
The walls are paper-thin, you can hear neighbors conversation and TV's.
Ants issue during the warm seasons if apartment is not kept clean daily.
Advice to owner:
Fix walls insulation to keep heat in and noise isolated.

Great location and light!

Pros:
Great light, every unit has w/d and dishwasher and built-in audio, management is easy to reach, lots of breeze with windows open.
Cons:
Though management is generally easy to reach they can be a bit behind. The apt can get pretty chilly in the winter because there are no surrounding buildings to insulate it, but it’s worth it.
