Way too many issues

Reasonably priced and renovated
Cons:
Heat and hot water go out frequently. Pests in the summer. Piles of garbage outside. Mgmt can be unresponsive. Can take months for issues to be fixed. Smoke alarms expired from 10+ years ago. The hallway stinks like sewage. Buzzer has been broken for almost a year.
