Troublesome
Former Tenant
Pros:
Playground area for the residents. Laundry room. A lot of maintenance workers. Management office inside the building. Security guard 24/7. Parking lot for the residents.
Cons:
Too many leaks. Group of people standing out front of building smoking marijuana. People smoking cigarettes in the hallways.
Advice to owner:
Security guards should make rounds around the hallways at least twice on their shift.

Mgmt is horrible

Pros:
Renovating apts w/ new appliances, facility workers are kind and keep building clean, spacious rooms and laundry in building
Cons:
The manager Yvette is unkind and manipulative, many tenants have had confrontation with her. Her lack of communication has led to family evictions.
Advice to owner:
Hire mgmt that will treat tenants with dignity & respect.
