    An absolute mess
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Elderly neighbors that are sweet
    Cons:
    The landlord is ridiculous
    No heat when there should be at times
    Garbage bins look a mess
    Rowdy annoying people outside the building CONSTANTLY
